Oolong tea falls between green and black tea. With oxidation levels ranging from 10% to 80%, it offers a diverse spectrum of flavors—from floral and fresh to rich and roasted. The name “Wu Long Cha” means “Black Dragon Tea” and reflects the skilled craftsmanship of tea production in Fujian, Guangdong, and Taiwan.

Oolong tea is a semi-fermented type of tea that tastes between green and black tea. Depending on the degree of oxidation (10-80%), it can be light and floral or strong and roasted.
• Water temperature: 80–90 °C, depending on the degree of oxidation.
• Brewing time: 1-3 minutes for the first infusion, subsequent infusions with slightly varied brewing times.
• Dosage: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2-3 g) per 200 ml of water.
Store oolong tea in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from light to preserve its flavors.
